By checking the acknowledgment box of terms & conditions and submitting this digital form, you (the “Registrant,” acting as the Player or as the Parent/Legal Guardian of a minor Player) agree to the following legally binding terms with Elite1v1Ballers (the company)
You acknowledge and agree that any and all photographic images, video recordings, audio recordings, digital content, and athletic statistics captured, created, or compiled by the Company (collectively, the “Media Content”) are the sole and exclusive property of the Elite1v1Ballers from the moment of creation. The Player retains no ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights in the Media Content. The player or parent can request a copy of the media at anytime and it will be provided.
You hereby grant the Company the exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and publicly display the Media Content. This includes the exclusive right to use the Media Content for college and professional athletic recruitment portfolios, the Company’s digital marketing, social media channels, websites, promotional materials, commercial advertisements, and brand campaigns managed by the Company. The goal is to use the content for player’s notoriety advancement through recruitment channels.
You explicitly waive any right to royalties, residual fees, or other financial compensation arising from or related to the use of the Media Content. You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy or edited video, wherein the Player’s likeness appears.
If the Player is under the age of 18, the individual completing this registration form represents and warrants that they are the parent or legally recognized guardian of the minor child. By completing this digital submission, you grant full parental consent to this agreement on behalf of the minor player.
You agree that checking the box labeled “I agree to the Media Release Agreement” and typing your name constitutes your electronic signature and carries the same legal weight and enforceability as a handwritten signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act.
